Beginning in October, Tuesday in-person appointments are now available.
You're constantly carrying the mental load and feeling overwhelmed.
Anxiety is making it difficult to slow down or feel present.
You're struggling to recognize yourself after a major life change.
You and your partner feel stuck in the same arguments.
You're exhausted from trying to meet everyone's expectations.
You want to feel more confident, grounded, and connected to yourself.
You recognize old patterns showing up in your relationships and want to understand them differently.
I support adults navigating a wide range of life experiences, including:
Individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
New and expecting parents
Mothers adjusting to the transition into parenthood
Navigating menstrual cycles and the integration of mental health through each phase
Adults navigating life transitions, identity shifts, and relationship challenges
Couples seeking to strengthen communication and connection
People struggling with perfectionism and self-criticism
Burnout and emotional exhaustion
Post-secondary students managing academic and life stress
Professionals balancing career, relationships, and personal wellbeing
Individuals exploring self-worth, boundaries, and personal growth
Adults processing difficult childhood experiences and family dynamics
Adults wanting to better understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours
Havn (hahv-n) is the Nordic word for “safe harbor.” When we feel safe, we can finally notice and care for the small things that matter most.
Who am I? A mom, a wife, and yes the pandemic made a sourdough bread maker out of me. I love the outdoors and finding beauty in the things that most would miss. I value meaningful conversations that are authentic, healing, and motivating.
I bring a compassionate, non-judgmental lens to our work, with unconditional positive regard for your story and the experiences that have shaped you. As we begin to explore your story more deeply, I often draw from Internal Family Systems and Psychodynamic approaches to help uncover persistent patterns, understand how your relationships and experiences have influenced you, and explore the different parts of your internal world that may be shaping how you navigate life today.
My hope is that therapy will align you to the goals and dreams you have for yourself and for your life.
