Now accepting clients starting April 1, 2026
At this time, I’m able to support adults (18+). If you’re seeking services for a child or teen, I’d be happy to help with referrals.
Great question. I view therapy much like going to the gym: not everyone “needs” it, but almost everyone can benefit from it. It’s an investment in your wellbeing and personal growth.
In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, get to know each other, and review confidentiality and logistics so you feel comfortable and supported moving forward.
As of January 1, 2026, my standard rate is $235 for a 50 minute session. This is reflective of the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta recommended fee schedule. Please note that sessions run for 50 minutes to allow 10 minutes at the end of your session for me to document what occurred and a plan for next steps.
Payment is due at the end of each session and may be made by e-Transfer, Visa, or Mastercard. Direct billing is available for select insurance providers; please inquire to confirm eligibility.
Report writing, letters, or form completion, are billed at one-fifth of the hourly rate for every 10 minutes. Please email me before our session if you think that you will be needing one of these services.
Yes! I offer both in-person and online therapy.
Last minute cancellelations (within 24 hrs) can always be switched to a video or phone session to avoid the late-cancellation fee.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. The first late cancellation or no-show will be charged 50% of the session fee. Subsequent late cancellations will be charged the full fee. After three occurrences, therapy may be discontinued.
Late cancellation fees are not billable to insurance providers.
