Beginning in October, Tuesday in-person appointments are now available.
As we move into the final stretch of summer (as always, I can’t believe we’re already here!), I’ve been thinking about all the post-secondary students getting ready to start in September.
What comes up when you think about school?
The class schedule? Dorm life? Meeting new people? Leaving home?

No pressure, right? 😅
If you’re feeling excited, nervous, overwhelmed, or some combination of all three, you’re not alone.
As you get ready for this next chapter, here are a few strategies to help you manage some of the fears, worries, and anxiety that might come up along the way.
